A Toast to HER: DC Black Pride Edition

The celebration of DC Black Pride starts with HER.

May 21, 2026. From: 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM

On May 21st from 6–10PM, Shanklin Hall is opening DC Black Pride weekend with a toast to Black queer women — our joy, our love, and our full selves. Expect a vibe-heavy night with DJ A Rob, photo moments worth posting, and a room full of your people.

Whether you’re stopping past, spending the whole night with us, or making this your last stop or your first stop. A few drinks before you go, a whole night if you stay. Either way, you’re welcome here.

Remember, this night is about you. This night is about us. Oh, and yes… DJ A Rob takes song requests. 🥂
