The Grand Re-Opening of the Carter G. Woodson Historic Site

The home of black historian and academic trailblazer Carter G. Woodson is reopening in DC as a historic site! Originally the publishing offices of the Woodson and ASALH, the site has been renovated and expanded with exhibits and artifacts going back decades to his work in promoting the importance of black history. Additionally, we will have exclusive programs being offered on opening day.
